| Since 2008 China Telecom has undertook the operations of Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA)networks,which are originally operated by China Unicom.Since then,the usage rate of the general wireless network resource keeps on gradually increasing,with the rapid growth of the number of CDMA mobile phone users.However,due to the uneven geographical distribution of the number of phone callings,network congestion has frequently occurred in campus,commercial areas,development zones,and other key areas.Meanwhile,the usage rate of resources has been low in some suburban,rural and indoor base stations for a long period.Since 2013,China Telecom Group's strategy of developing networks focuses on Long Term Evolution(LTE),which,however,limits the investment on CDMA networks.According to the company's strategic deployment,CDMA networks will continue to exist as a voice-based network before the voice-based network upgrades to Voice Over LTE(VOLTE).The supply of CDMA networks resources will increasingly depend on the available resources of the present networks.The proper allocation of wirless resources and improvement of resource utilization efficiency are crucial to guarantee the sustainable and stable development of CDMA networks,in which the optimized IDLE-BUSY adjustment and the network control-parameter adjustments play important roles.From the perspective of pratical implementation,the research and development of a software platform for CDMA networks source alloction is nccessary,with the objective of implementing the proper IDLE-BUSY adjustment and network control-parameter adjustment.The developed platform will improve the efficiency of optimizing network resource allocation.According to the requirement,this thesis mainly studies the design and implementation of the platform that analyzes CDMA networks wirless resources utilization on the basis of BS(Brower/Server).The contributions of the thesis include the following four aspects:First,the thesis describes the status quo of analysis approach for CDMA wireless resource utilization and the requirement for the platform that implements the analysis.The exising problems about the CDMA wireless resource optimization are discussed.Second,the thesis describes the artchitecture design of the platform and analyzes the key module designs to implement different functionalities required by the platform.Third,the thesis describes the implementation of CDMA wireless resource analysis platform,including the key modules such as the data management,report management,data maintenance,and other specific functions.Finally,the thesis describes the tests of CDMA radio resource analysis platform,which includes the test of two representative scenarios and verification of the work processes.The testing results validate the designed platform. |
