Technique information dissemination channels are an essential element of science and technology dissemination and popularization system,which carry and transfer the contents of science and technology dissemination and popularization important task,connecting with the audience plays the role of communicator.Public acquire knowledge through communication channels,sciences connection,thereby increasing their enthusiasm for science and technology,comprehension and awareness.Thus,science and technology information dissemination channels have a very unique function and value in the scientific quality of public construction.Construction of channels plays an important role for dissemination and popularization of science as well as technology dissemination and popularization development.Since the second half of the 20th century,based on the needs of science,technology and social development,the Britain,the United States and other developed countries attach great importance to scientific literacy work,which actively promotes science and technology education reform in the field of base education,strengthen science facilities open to the public,supports and organizes all types of science popularization.In recent years,the country and the government are also fully aware of the importance of science and technology dissemination and popularization channel construction in our country.And we take a lot of channels to promote the construction of key facilities,the prosperity and development of science and technology dissemination and popularization career.So,this article takes technology information dissemination channels as a background model to study the method of determining the weights.Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province,neither likes Beijing,Shanghai and other cities that have developed information technique nor likes remote rural areas which have insufficient information,is more delegated.Therefore,firstly this article analyzes and summarizes the status of community access to scientific information sources of Qinhuangdao,and obtains statistics data by questionnaire survey.Secondly,it introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to illustrate the properties of the weight distribution in the system of important roles,and the method of determining the weights--subjective weighting method,objective weighting method and the combination weighting method introduced in detail.Various methods of several delegates methods is quoted,the basic idea,the basic steps of focus and the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods are analyzed.Finally,with AHP and entropy method,which have been improved methods to construct model to calculate the weight,the results was obtained by comparative analysis to outstanding the integrate weight method simultaneously embodies the advantages of objective and subjective information.
