Nowadays,the competition of Internet products is very fierce.Service providers pay much attention to the experience of users.Users attach great importance to the quality of service.The application service vendors need an urgent channel to feed back the quality of service,and expect to improve quality of service through the feedback of the service situation and increase the competitiveness of the products.The data information of the Internet is very large.The traditional data storage and processing technology is difficult to deal with such huge data information,so how to monitor the quality of the network application service has become an important problem in the rapid development of the network.Big data is the product of hi-tech era,which can deal with huge data information professionally.Based on the big data technology,the detection and analysis of network service security,the root of the risk generation is explored,the comprehensive investigation and detection of the hidden danger of the network,the timely feedback of the risks and problems,so as to strengthen the security and protection ability of the Internet information system,and promote the development of the Internet products.In this paper,the network services and related applications in the background of"Big Data" are discussed,and the analysis of network security and network security monitoring is carried out through information technology and Internet technology,and the current situation and shortcomings in the network monitoring system are also discussed.In the literature review,it combines the overseas and domestic information about the research status and monitoring measures of network security,and then gives a brief description of the overall framework and the order of the paper.Next,the author focuses on the theoretical basis and research information about network applications and related network monitoring services,and makes some discussions on the security management and operation and maintenance of the network applications.Then the system model of network application service quality monitoring system is constructed,and a big data platform is constructed by using Hadoop technology,and the model is built.After the design of the network application service anomaly detection module and the network application service abnormal behavior data analysis module,the overall design work was completed.In the conclusion part of the paper,the system is tested first,the system is tested and the system is explained in accordance with the relevant conclusions,which meets the previous design goals.The system designed in this paper can still operate normally in a relatively complex environment,and provides a rich security analysis scene,enabling enterprises to obtain special security scene analysis,such as internal and external intrusion detection,APT analysis and detection,operation violation detection,and so on.With the help of the system designed in this paper,the maintenance staff can complete the maintenance work more easily,find the product problems in time,improve the quality of the products and enhance the competitiveness of the products.
