The MSO is complaint by the CATV user. But when the MSO engineer is going to the complaint place, the noise is disappeared. And the engineer of MSO leaved, the noise being occur again. So it is confused to MSO, why they could not catch the noise and repaired it. If catch the noise, it need a monitor system to running full days. When the noise burst, if need to be catch immediately and to be record. Then the engineer of MSO view the record at the noise occur time when the engineer needed. This article is described how to use My SQL to design the big data store. And it is described how to realization the return path of monitor system software.The article came to the conclusion by experiment in engine of My SQL, for example:InnoDB, My ISAM and MEMORY. Different engine has different ability. And it found out the limit of ability of the engine of My SQL and use it in project effective by author. The article is concluded requirement of the CATV return path network, architecture design of software, deployment and running, database design and realization. But the key point is database design. The author designed a distributed cluster software system using My SQL of personal version. At finally, the data size can exceed the maximum using distributed cluster system than one personal server of My SQL.Based above content, the article being described how to realized the return path monitor system software using Visual C++. And describe how to realize the Client/Server architecture design. The realization function include management of monitor system device, the engineer of MSO users management, remote analysis and monitor, limit configuration and alarm function, data store and history data analysis. At finally, finish all of it by method of software engineering process.
