Research And Designe Of Industrial Automatic Bar Code Acquisition System Based On Internet Of Things

Barcode acquisition technology is an important means of modern information input.One-dimensional barcode recognition technology is a convenient and efficient automatic identification technology.Because of the high efficiency of input,easy to use,low cost,it has been widely used in all aspects of daily life,such as business,express delivery,medical,industrial enterprises and other fields.In our country,one-dimensional barcode recognition technology has not yet formed a complete industrial chain.The research and development of identification equipment and barcode printing technology are mostly monopolized by foreign technology.Therefore,one-dimensional barcode recognition equipment is still a great rise and development space.In addition,due to some special field application environment and commodity packaging environment,it has higher update requirements on signal processing capabilities and the range of using in barcode recognition system.In this paper,it firstly analyzes the research background,development status of one-dimensional barcode,and then analyzes the development prospect of barcode recognition technology in China.This paper deeply studies the characteristics of symbolic structure and character set of one-dimensional barcode,and puts forward the solution of automatic scanning technology combined with the concrete practical needs.In this paper,the design of automatic barcode acquisition system core circuit board is based on STR710FZ processor.According to the actual needs and objectives required,it designs the peripheral interface circuit of network transmission module based on Ethernet controller DM9000A chip.It achieves photoelectric conversion and hardware foundation for the automatic acquisition of barcode information based on NEC2501 device.It develops the BSP(board support package)associated with hardware platform based on MDK as a software platform.It designs and realizes the implementation of the relevant module functions,including serial communication module,scanning gun module,USB module,network transmission module based on UCOS as the embedded operating system.The automatic barcode acquisition system can collect the barcode data signal and communicate with the server by internet.The server can monitor the data and save the data to the SQL database for further utility.By configuring the barcode collector parameters,network function of the system has been realized.
