As China's rapid economic growth and people's living standards have risen significantly,residents have put forward higher requirements for their physical health and quality of life,especially the quality of drinking water that they rely on to survive.At the same time,along with social development and technological changes,the types of pollutants in the pollution are also increasing and the issue of water quality and safety has become a hot issue of social security.Residents' questions and complaints about tap water quality are the most direct judgement of water quality and they are the most direct supervision of the water supply of the company.At the same time,the analysis and marking of the water quality complaint data is helpful to discover the changes of water quality and assist in the detection of water quality changes.Based on residents' complaint demands and water management department's management needs,a city has set up a water service hotline.It has handled millions of complaints on water supply for 20 years and has limited staff and numerous complaint requests.It is not only reasonable to respond to and handle.The efficiency has put forward higher requirements.It has also led to more diversified and informatized forms of complaints and forms of information and convenience for residents' complaints.At the same time,complaints have many problems and are complex.These complaints are themselves data of research value.Through in-depth analysis of these data,it is possible to achieve efficient water management,identify the laws of water quality changes,and make residents' complaint hotlines "cold".The level and quality of urban water supply have been greatly improved.Based on actual needs,the paper established a city water supply complaints management platform based on automatic word segmentation processing which realized the automatic word segmentation,analysis and visualization of the complaint text data of a large number of telephone recording and transformation.In this work,the one-stop service flow from data import,management,word segmentation,data analysis and visualization from different data sources is systematically solved.The main work of this article includes the following aspects:First of all,according to different data sources for city water supply complaints,a unified data import interface based on HDFS was established to support the import of data from various sources such as page input data,local file data,and server data.Second,through the integrated word segmentation tool,it realized segmentation of a large number of historical complaint text data,established an incremental dictionary of water supply and complaints,and provided administrators with a dictionary management interface to facilitate the subsequent maintenance of the complaint dictionary.When the user's complaint data is imported,the system will automatically match the complaint content of the user according to the complaint dictionary.At the same time,the user can evaluate the satisfaction of the complaint result.Thirdly,it designs and implements a technical route for invoking R services through Java.It analyzes the complaint data in the system and provides various forms of visual presentation.It provides users with interactions for different data types and analysis results.Sexual data visualization charts,while expanding the display options of multi-level charts,table cascades,etc.Fourth,a web service-based urban water supply complaints analysis and management platform was set up.The system adopts the MVC architecture,and the data storage layer adopts a distributed file storage system based on HDFS,which is easy to integrate with the water quality big data analysis system in the future;and realizes user complaints,complaint management,document management,dictionary management,data processing tools,visual display,and complaints.Process management and other major modules.Finally,the platform implemented in this paper provides a friendly,interactive urban water supply complaints management system for the water management department,which not only satisfies the needs of water user complaints,but also greatly improves the efficiency of data processing for water supply complaints,and facilitates water management.The department's management of the complaint data uses the tools in the platform to better understand the complaint data,make better decisions,and provide more convenient and high-quality water service.
