Currently domestic enterprises' tube machine mostly work in the static cutting way,the disadvantages of this way has lowly positioning accuracy,the relative sliding between cut equipment and pipe,the injury of the pipe shape caused by the movement of the clamping device for clamping claw to the pipe,and so on.This result in the production of high cost,low efficiency and other phenomena,cutting error in the ± 5mm left and right.Based on current industry pipe making machine facing these problems,this paper designs a chase shear dynamic cutting control system,when sawing is cutting,they are synchronous movement between cutting equipment and pipes,and relatively static cutting,this improving the cutting accuracy greatly.The accuracy can be achieved ± 1mm.Firstly,according to the pipe machining requirements of enterprises,the paper studies the cutting methods of various kinds of tubes and analyzes the feasibility of its advantages and disadvantages and draws the design of the overall scheme of the chase system.In order to realize the dynamic pursuit cutting,the 20PM00D-PLC with the built-in electronic cam is used to generate the tracking curve.The speed of the cutting curve is divided into five stages,the most important of it is the synchronous region.During the stage the speed of the cutting table and pipe is highly same.Through the analysis and design of the shear parameters,the mathematical model of the synchronous dynamic pursuit is finally determined.Through the programming software PMsoft2.0 to the design the cutting curve by formula method.Secondly,according to the control accuracy and the driving power and other parameters of the system,setted the construction of the system platform.In the system building,introducing feedback control theory to guarantee the system cutting precision,between servo and servo motor introducing encoder feedback signal of servo motor,ensure the stable output of the motor.In addition,the grating ruler feedback the displacement and speed of the cutting to the PLC,the accuracy of the system is improved by the double feedback control.Finally,to meet the control requirement of the procedures,programming the touch screen and debugging,through analyzing the source of the system error to compensate and amend the system error.The results show that the control error of the tracking system is less than ± 1mm.Through the scientific design,This method of the synchronous cutting has highly positioning accuracy,there is no relative sliding,no relative wear in it,guarantees the cutting accuracy,improves the finished rate and reduces the cost.The system has a broad application prospects in the future market.
