Heuristic Algorithm Of The Integrated Scheduling Problem Of Production And Transportation With Time Constraint

With the various technical and management problem become complicated.This kind of change has changed the way of people think and solve problem.The management thought also transform form vertical thinking to lateral thinking.Under the background of economic globalization,the lateral thinking become a hot topic of the management.supply chain is one of the typical representatives.As the production and transportation scheduling problem become an important research subject of supply chain management,this paper addresses the problem of production and transportation scheduling with time constraint and the content can be abstracted as followed:1.It addresses,in a two-stage supply chain of a single machine and multiple cus-tomers,using a vehicle with capacity limits for transportation.The objective of this proposed scheduling problem is to make decision on jobs processing sequence,job bat-ching and batch sequencing so as to minimize the makespan with the transportation time contraint.The problem is resolved by analyzing its properties,establishing the mathematical model and devising heuristic algorithm based on rules and search.In the mean time,it proceeds numerical experiments on different examples,co-mpares the results and analyzes the performance of the algorithm.2.It addresses,in a two-stage supply chain of a single machine and multiple cus-tomers,using a vehicle with capacity limits for transportation.The objective of this proposed scheduling problem is to make decision on jobs processing sequence job batching and batch sequencing so as to minimize the makespan with the inventory and transportation time contraints.The problem is resolved by analyzing its properties,establishing the mathematical model and devising heuristic algorithm based on rules and search.In the mean time,it proceeds numerical experiments on different example,compares the results and analyzes the performance of the algorithm.
