In the extensive management,effective analysis about the relationship of the ammeter digital,power consumption,the energy cost of different time units and production cannot be made by the staffs and management personnels,let alone the process balance and line balance.With the development of information technology,we have the conditions to put these into the fine management and to put the economic power utility into the system development.Therefore,electric balance management system for mineral company provides a scientific basis for two-leveled energy management departments,at the meantime,it is also a scientific reference for the majority of workers.Electric Balance Management System for Shougang Mineral Company is one of the four big platforms in the mineral company and it provides an important scientific basis for the mineral company energy control.During the designing of the system,the three layer B/S mode is adopted as the application system architecture in the management layer.This architecture effectively improves the response speed,system fault tolerance and salable capacity;in the data layer,the computation task is accomplished by the database itself.Only get and post process are simply finished in the page display and data transfer process in the system.It reduces the probability of abnormal,and greatly improves the stability of the system.The main work of this system includes:Based on meter automatic fetching from various branches,and according to the meter readings,the system calculates the each electric meter by the hour,day,month,shift to figure out power consumption;Electricity charge is different in the peak,flat,valley in different period costs.Compared with production,so as to achieve the balance of power system unit,line balance and process balance.After accomplish the basic functions of the system,we analyze the contrast of similar equipment function under different historical periods,different shifts in different periods of time.This comparation effectively strengthens the energy management level in factory level.In this thesis,we first introduce the background and related implementation technology for the Electric Balance Management System for Shougang Mineral Company and then analyzes the business process,system development environment and system data flow.We expound the overall design of the system,function modules and database design,and finally present the test results and its evaluation.The results show that t the Electric Balance Management System for Shougang Mineral Company can run stably without faults,and the system can meet user's requirements in terms of function and performance.
