In the21^st century of information era, financial services of different regions are gettingmore and more diversified. With the appearance of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMSBanking and Telephone Banking, customers are accessed to financial activities and financialmarket in a efficient and easy way. Bases on this situation, this paper discusses the designingand implementation of e-banking funds pool based on BTT framework.In this paper, the author firstly discusses the research premise and essence of the capitalpools business of electronic banking based on BTT framework from the research backgroundand significance, the development framework of WEB application system based on thedomestic and foreign research present situation as well as e-banking funds pool business.General description, to make readers understand the e-banking funds pool business from adifferent perspective. This is the introduction part of the article.Next, the author clarify this paper’s research content and scope through the analysis ofthe e-banking funds pool business requirement.
