With the development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of the level of information,digital and information-based reform of educational administration is imperative and extremely urgent,which has become one of the most effective ways to improve the level of teaching management in colleges.Educational administration is a bridge to connect teachers and students,and as an important part of daily teaching management work in colleges,its quality directly affects the education quality and teaching quality.Good educational administration will effectively improve the management efficiency and serve teachers and students better.Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic College has beenexpanding the scale of school running year by year,and the intensity and difficulty of school administration management is also growing.Thus,how to build an educational administration system with good performance,complete functions and good operation has become an urgent problem in the information construction of Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic College.The software system based on B/S architecture has been widely used in all walks of life,because of its advantages of no need to install client,anytime and anywhere convenient use through the browser.Analyzing the needs of Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic College,following the idea of software engineering,educational management system based on JAVA Web technology is constructed through the soft development process of analysis,design,implementation,testing and maintenance.It can give full play to the function of educational management,improve the level and efficiency of educational administration management,realizing the network and information of the school educational management.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the educational administration management system of Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic College.Specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the development background and research significance of the educational administration management system of Lanzhou Petrochemical Polytechnic College are stated.Secondly,technologies such as UML modeling tool,Java technology,Web technology and database technology in system development process are introduced.The system implementation plan and technology roadmap are confirmed.The project feasibility report and demand analysis are completed.The functional requirements and performance demands of the system are determined.UML is used to describe the system,and the design goals and principles are ascertained.Thirdly,four kinds of system users are cleared up,which are: system registry administrators,department managers,teachers and teaching assistants,and students.Then,12 functional modules to achieve the system are determined,including teaching resources,student status management,teaching plan,examination management,exemption and rebuild,examination affairs,grade examination,student achievement,teaching evaluation,graduation process,teaching material management and system management,and the business process of each functional module using business flow is described.The system structure is designed at last using UML class diagram,sequence diagram,activity diagram and state diagram.Finally,the system is implemented with the Web development technology based on Java,which introduces the security settings of the system,and designs the test cases,and performs functional,performance and security testing and so on.This thesis introduces the implementation interface and operation process of 6 functional modules,which are representative including system login,system login home page,teaching plan,teaching resources,student status and teaching material management.Test results show that all the functions of the system meet the expected requirements.
