With the pace of life speeding up,people are under great social pressure,so high-quality sleep plays a more and more important role in our lives.In this thesis,intelligent detection system of sleep quality is designed for better estimating sleep quality and improving current sleep condition.The system is divided into two parts,the wearable part and the indoor part.The system gathers the roll-over information during sleep through the wearable part,which is worn on the upper arm.The collected data are transmitted to the indoor part with the bluetooth wireless communication module.Then the environmental information offered by the detection modules of sleep environment is integrated to make a composite analysis.Finally the evaluation results of sleep quality are acquired by users.Five methods of sleep quality detection are introduced and compared,the sleep quality detection based on roll-over is selected after considering the advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods.The thesis proposed the algorithm of roll-over detection and the algorithm of deep sleep division to evaluate the results of the sleep quality,which is conducted for a comprehensive assessment.When the position difference and axial angle of the roll-over are both satisfied,the roll-over detection algorithm determines that it is effectively roll-over.On the basis of the roll-over detection algorithm,the algorithm of deep sleep division is determined by comparing the time interval between two adjacent roll-overs and the threshold.The wearable part is designed for DA14580 core control module,roll-over detection module,calendar clock module and storage module respectively on hardware.The software is completed to collect the roll-over information during the sleep;indoor part is designed for STM32 core processing module,storage module,temperature and humidity detection module,light detection module,voice detection module,gas detection module and LCD display module on hardware,the software has completed the real-time monitoring of the sleep environment,and combined with the roll-over detection data which is collected by the wearable part.The roll-over detection experiment results show that the system can record sleep patterns effectively.The accuracy rate is 92.00%.It is verified the feasibility of the system to detect the quality of sleep through the comparison with multi-guide sleep monitoring method.The intelligent detection system of sleep quality has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,little impact on sleep,and the system can reflect the sleep quality accurately.The unique function of sleep environment detection makes it possible to combine results of sleep quality with detected environment information to conduct the comprehensive evaluation.It is suitable for monitoring the surrounding environment of users for a very long period.
