With the development of science and technology, people’s healthconsciousness was gradually strengthened, and sleep health had attracted theattention of the international community. The development of science andtechnology had brought about great advances in human civilization, caused agradually changing in the way we live,made people face severe competition, andbrought a high level of stress associated with life,work and study,therefore, thepeople with insomnia had increased with each passing day. Insomnia was mainlycaused by the reason that people can not effectively control the deleteriouscognitive activity of brain in the stage from the awake level to the asleep level,consequently, it was of great significance to control the deleterious cognitiveactivity by taking effective measures to on the treatment of insomnia.According to the different shape of pulse in the stage from the awake levelto the asleep level, the sleep stage can be judged. In this paper,the sleep qualitycontrol system based on embedment taking LPC2103as the core controller,wasdesigned, and the design of hardware as well as software was given.Thestimulation of sound and vibration was generated by microprocessor in the stateof insomnia,making deleterious cognitive activity caused insomnia cut,todecrease the duration of sleep onset latency,then the quality of sleep can beimproved.The study was mainly focused on the acquisition storage andtransmission of pulse signal,as well as the sound and vibration stimulationcontrol in the state of insomnia, the main research contents include:(1) The overall scheme design of sleep quality control system was designed,which was based on the theory of pulse, insomnia mechanism, cognitive activitycontrol and other relevant theoretical knowledge;(2) According to the design proposal, the function that the system realizedwas analysed, the appropriate pulse sensor was selected to collected the pulsesignal of human body, and LPC2103was chose as the core of the system to buildcircuits of each unit, which contained signal acquisition, storage, stimulation of sound and vibration, as well as the basic design of peripheral circuit;(3) On the basis of hardware, taking ADS1.2as the software developmentplatform, the software design was divided into several parts,including dataacquisition, data storage, data transmission, sound and vibration stimulation anddata processing, each part of the system was described in detail, and the relevantflow chart was given respectively;(4) The system’s performance of anti-interference is analysed, and themethod of antijamming was introduced in two aspects containing both softwareand hardware.The circuits of power and reset in the system were respectivelydesigned by employing a low dropout voltage chip and dedicated power supplymonitor reset chip to improve the reliability, the data collected was processed byrelated method, and the noise signal was removed,in addition, the cyclicredundancy check codes were added in data transmission to ensure the reliabilityof the transmission.
