In recent years,more and more enterprises desire to reduce logistics cost so that customer service quality requirements also are increasingly high.Besides,more and more commodity orders are characterized by varieties and small quantities batch.Quick response of order has become the future development trend and necessary requirement.Based on the inventory turnover rate,this paper selects the optimization problem of picking operation of warehouse system with removable shelves as the object of study.The removable shelf storage space is average divided into the two stages of high turnover rate and low turnover rate in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction respectively.According to these two classification methods,the corresponding mathematical model of picking path of removable goods shelves is designed as well the solving algorithm.Example of two algorithms are given in this paper.Example one focuses on model one and two,analyzes the solutions of these two model and summarized the advantages.By means of comparing the simulation results of Ant Colony algorithm,Genetic algorithm and Traversal Strategy,example two figure out which picking route method is the most appropriate for improving the efficiency of picking when the removable shelf storage space were under some special circumstances.Through this study,the conclusions are as follows:on account of picking efficiency,while in the horizontal plane,the removable shelf storage space dividation based on longitudinal direction is better than transverse direction.In case of processing removable shelf storage system's picking routing problem,ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm,which this paper choose,are more advantage than Traversal Strategy.Generally,Ant Colony algorithm achieved the max improvement,the proportion improvement is more than 10%.
