Design And Implementation Of Mobile Network Optimization Center Management Platform

Because of its unique characteristics,the mobile communication industry in urgent need of the use of information technology tools for business transfer.So far,most of the domestic mobile communication resource agencies have already got some experiences and achievements in information technology,but there are still some problems.Currently the process of operation of business processes of Shenyang Mobile Company including mobile network site management,station number assignment management,billing applications,transfer applications,is basically still labor and simple informational,and can't form a complete process of business process,resulting in the low of efficiency relatively and making the things inconvenience to users and staff.Then it becomes a top priority how to improve business efficiency,form effective process of monitoring and build a complete process informational mobile network optimization center management platform.The platform designed and implemented in this thesis can solve these problems and has practical significance and important role in the field of mobile communications.The construction of the platform will be based on the principle that protects the existing system investments,in the way of inheritance,transformation,sharing,integration of new features and so on,to achieve unified management,to improve the accuracy and availability of information,to achieve the purpose of sharing information and to make it more convenient,timely and accurate to get information.The platform will follow the requirements and rules of mobile information network construction,and build a practical and efficient information system that meets the needs of current mobile network optimization.The main function of the platform is to achieve unity,integrity,intelligent mobile network optimization management with the both of workflow technology and GIS technology.Show base station location,property and other information intuitively and provide a basic platform for the optimal allocation of management base station through GIS technology;achieve intelligent management station,allowing the task of building real-time monitoring and supervision of the base station and improve work efficiency by making the station management procedural.Finally,the platform also has the function including overtime management and vehicle management.Firstly,this thesis introduces the relevant technology of the platform and make a detailed needs analysis.Then,it designs the system from two angles of stratification and sub-modules,and explains the idea of the overall architecture of the platform.It makes the each layer and functional modules of the system come true one by one according to the design,and shows the basic process later.Through the unit testing and functional testing of the main function of the system,it evaluates the performance and availability of the system.Finally,it summarizes the characteristics of the system,and points out the direction of the future work...
