As a new means of simulation,infrared simulation is widely used in the military field for its high simulation credibility,good repeatability,low testing cost.Filter film is made to satisfy the requirements for infrared simulation system to simulate the spectral characteristics of infrared interference bomb and to adjust the energy proportion of short wave and medium wave band.Using Ge and SiO as coating materials,with the absorption characteristic of Ge in the visible and near-infrared wave band,a two-band energy regulating and wide band cut filter is designed by using Variable Metric method of TFCalc software to optimize and superimposing two film stacks to broaden the reflection band.By using reverse engineering,the effect of extinction coefficient on transmittance is analyzed,and the problem of low transmittance is solved.Transmittance of the filter is respectively 0.5% and 0.8% at 300~1900nm and 5500~7500nm wave band,90.6% at 2000~2500nm wave band,and 35.7% at 3700~4800nm wave band.And the filter have passed the environmentresistance test,which meets the requirements of the simulation system. |
