The Design And Implementation Of Tax Service Quality Management System

Tax service quality monitoring and analysis play an important role for promoting the development of tax work.It can optimize the tax service quality,enhance the normative construction level of tax enforcement and improve the satisfaction of taxpayers in tax work.Although the tax authority has done a lot of work for improving the quality of tax service,tax service quality monitoring and analysis work have been unable to keep up with the pace of the tax revenue development because of lack of implementation means.Therefore,we have to seize the opportunity of the current rapid development of Internet technology,and set up quality monitoring analysis system,improve the level and efficiency of tax quality monitoring and analysis.Firstly the paper has study about the present situation of tax service quality management system design and development.Based on the detailed system requirement analysis,the system is mainly divided into data source management,tutoring to the home management,information monitoring management,questionnaire management,system management.By using unified modeling language on the system modules and system as a whole to dynamic and static modeling,including the design of the system use case diagram,class diagram,flow diagram,sequence diagram.These work make us understand the system more accurately and more reasonable for system design,and ensure system modular design,and more effective for system integration.This project fully realizes the functions of each module,meets the users' requirement,ensures that the system can be efficient,safe and stable,and lays a solid foundation for the modernization of tax service quality management.Currently the system is used in the actual work of tax management.Nearly thousands of tax cadres would log on and use the system every workday,in order to record and reflect the service condition of daily tax work.The system has been introduced about using experience in working conference of the national tax system,and several provinces and cities have visit and learnt from our group.
