A Study On The Structure Of Q&A Community Network And Its Impact On Knowledge Transfer

At the emergence of the knowledge economy age,the way people access to knowledge is no longer single,but is more willing to use Internet technology to search and acquire knowledge.Social Q&A community as an emerging network technology to support virtual community,gather a large amount of human knowledge,which is significant to knowledge sharing and innovation to scientific manage Social Q&A community knowledge and transfer knowledge effectively.The completion of knowledge transfer needs to be combined with specific situation to achieve.The knowledge in the Q&A community is generated by the user,and thus discusses the impact of the interpersonal knowledge network on the knowledge transfer in the Q&A community from the perspective of the social network,which is necessary to the field of knowledge management.This paper reviews the domestic and international research knowledge transfer,further integration of Q&A community,discussed the transfer of research knowledge in the social network environment.Then organize community Q&A-related content knowledge transfer,largely from community Q&A feature,which analyzes the process of knowledge transfer.And then summed up the important theory of social networks,which established the theoretical basis of this study.Then the article analyzes the network structure of Q&A community,aiming at:1.Determining the main constituent elements of social network;2.Determining the standard of interpersonal knowledge network.As the overall network has a reference value,according to the overall network of network strength and network density indicators will be divided into four kinds of individual network of interpersonal knowledge network type:1.Strong connected close networks;2.Strong connected sparse networks;3.Weak connected close networks;4.Weak relationships sparse networks.The main factors that affect the interpersonal knowledge network of Q&A community knowledge transfer are:structure hole,average shortest path length,network center degree and aggregation degree.And constructs the influence model of interpersonal knowledge network according to these elements,and then analyzes it.The data samples in this paper are collected from the Ask section of the Metafilter website,starting with the label of the user's question.In this paper,the data under the "resolved" tag is taken as a sample of the overall network because the problem with the "resolved" tag is resolved and there is reason to believe that the dynamic knowledge transfer cycle is closed.Then this paper according to the correlation tag,collecting different individual networks.According to the measurement standard of the whole network,the individual network is classified and combined with the influence model,and the strong relational sparse network has the most significant effect on the knowledge transfer of the Q&A community compared with the other three kinds of interpersonal knowledge networks.Reasonable network structure can play a role in promoting knowledge transfer.This paper analyzes the interpersonal knowledge network of question and answer community,which can help the community improve its own network structure and reduce the cost of knowledge transfer among users,to improve the efficiency and effect of knowledge transfer.And help to further improve the existing knowledge transfer effects of research,enrich the social network of analytical methods applied to the field.Therefore,the research results of this paper have more important theoretical and practical significance for Q&A community to improve knowledge management process and knowledge service and self-construction.
