Reconnaissance robots are of great use,especially in environment where the environment is complex and people are inaccessible and dangerous to the area,the operator can control the robot through the monitoring system to engage in high-risk work such as environmental reconnaissance,site sampling and processing tasks.This paper focuses on the research and design of the mobile carrier,the control system and the monitoring system of the mobile reconnaissance robot,which is based on the need of "Yunnan University Service Action Plan " project "intelligent anti-terrorism multi-machine crowd(multiple robots coordinated operation)".This paper is divided into six parts.They are:Introduction,mobile reconnaissance robot overall structure design and kinematics analysis,the design of hardware system,the design of software system,robot making and debugging,summary and prospect.This paper introduces the background and research significance of mobile reconnaissance robot,introduces the research status of mobile reconnaissance robot at home and abroad,and then introduces the main work and structure of the paper respectively.The overall structural design and kinematics analysis of the robot include the system functional requirements,the system related indicators,the overall design scheme,the mechanical structure design and the kinematics analysis of the reconnaissance robot.the design of the hardware Control system focuses on the design of the main controller,Steering gear and remote control module.The design of the software Control system introduced the design of the overall software control system,the mobile phone WIFI software control based on Eclipse development platform which was designed to draw the program control flow chart,the detailed description of its control method,and the PS2 software handle control system which based on the Arduino IDE development platform.The production and debugging of the robot introduced The process of the reconnaissance robot,and then summarized the debugged and the related problems.The summary and the prospect part summarizes the whole design,introduces the innovation of the design,and finally points out the shortcomings.This design has improved the reconnaissance robot on the basis of predecessors.The general reconnaissance robot monitoring system has no dialogue device.The design adds the voice transmission module to the human control terminal and the robot end respectively,so that the robot terminal and the human control terminal can Real-time dialogue.
