Design And Implementation Of The City Municipal Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Proposals Management System

With the increase of the number of the city Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)proposals,CPPCC departments to deal with the number of proposals to elevate,if we still use the original management scheme,to the CPPCC proposals for work to bring enormous problems and challenges.Combined with the specific situation in Yichun,the current CPPCC proposal information management has a lot of problems,so it is very necessary to achieve the CPPCC proposal information management information.This paper takes Yichun city as an example,in order to adapt to the rapid development of information construction,according to the working characteristics of Chinese CPPCC proposals management,combined with the actual situation of Yichun city CPPCC,first established on the CPPCC proposals management system is analyzed,using case analysis method and the situation of Yichun city CPPCC proposals management system of needs analysis,and then based on the analysis of the system requirements for the design of the system,divides the system for information management,proposal submitted proposals,proposals for management review management,analysis management,report management,statistical analysis and management,workflow management and online collaboration and several other major functions,using SQL Server 2014 and completed construction of system database design,using B/S structure,RBAC technology and workflow technology and online communication technology in J2 EE platform to achieve the function of the system,and completed the system test.In this research,we have realized the work flow management of the CPPCC proposal and the online collaboration of the CPPCC proposal staff.Applying workflow technology to the management of the CPPCC proposal,the proposal of the CPPCC will be more informative and process,and improve the efficiency of the staff.Online collaborative communication provides a real-time communication function,and users can discuss and analyze the proposal work to better meet the needs of the work of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference.
