During the recent years,with the rapid development and improvement of global navigation satellite system,the location based service industry has also been making a big progress.Meanwhile,with Internet Technologry has becoming more and more mature,the combination of the Internet Technology and Location Based Service Industry closer and closer.This dissertation,mainly based on TC-OFDM indoor and outdoor seamless position technology with high precision and other network architecture technology,such as message queue distribution mechanism and server load balance technology,and software development technology,such as socket network communication programing based on TCP/IP,design and implement the location based service platform based on the indoor and outdoor positioning technology of TC-OFDM.The main design work of the dissertation involves following aspects:Through the deeply study and research of the positioning technology of TC-OFDM and the network system architecture technology,this dissertation designs the overall framework of the network location based service system based on the technology of TC-OFDM and completes the development of the positioning system,which has been tested.In the process of this system design,a good user connection management mechanism is established,and more terminals can get the location information efficiently and accuratly.In order to maintain the synergistic effect of each subsystem in the system,the LCP(Location Control Protocol)is designed to communicate with internal system for data interaction and process control.In the design process of the load balance strategy,this dissertation puts forward the weighted load prediction and load distribution model.Through theoretical analysis and test verification,the model makes the response time shortened during the terminal positioning request.Through the analysis and research of the position solving theory of TC-OFDM,this dissertation designs the software architecture and the overall position solving process of the solving sub-system,realizing the position solving on network and the positioning accuracy is tested.Based on the TC-OFDM positioning of the existing network environment and the terminal equipment in the project,the network side positioning service system test is completed,including the effect test and the performance test.The system can response the concurrent positioning requests from 500 terminals and the positioning accuracy reaches 3 meters.Based on position information,the monitoring terminal application software realizes personnel tracking,scene monitoring and historical track playback,meeting the requirements of the project expected.
