A Design And Implementation Of Courier Monitoring Information System Based On Indoor And Outdoor Seamless Positioning

In logistics industry,as the use of information technology is becoming increasingly popular In recent years,express delivery industry has achieved rapid development.The rapid development of e-commerce has brought unprecedented opportunities for express delivery industry,but also put forward higher requirements at the same time.In this paper,the wide-area indoor and outdoor seamless positioning technology is applied in the monitoring of couriers,and based on this technology,the author designed and implemented a couriers monitoring information system.This paper mainly contains the following aspects:Firstly,this paper gives the analysis of the process of picking up and delivering a package as well as the commonly used positioning technology,find out the problems existing in this process,and also get the advantage of indoor and outdoor seamless positioning technique when using in courier monitoring.Afterwards,this paper introduced the framework of delivery monitoring information system,which includes the feature point collecting section,positioning terminal section and network-side monitoring section.Secondly,when the courier picking up and delivering a package,the route he need to go is outdoor to indoor or indoor to outdoor.According to this kind of scenario,this paper proposed a series of proposals including indoor supplemented system based positioning algorithm,base station-satellite fusion positioning algorithm,and indoor-outdoor switching scheme.In indoor supplemented system,by using the combined TDOA and RSSI information,this paper solved the problem when position calculating equations is inadapted to the indoor environment.The fusion positioning algorithm contains two modes which are based on weight and pseudo-range respectively,which could bring improvement to the positioning accuracy in outdoor.The indoor and outdoor switching scheme made the integration of indoor and outdoor positioning into realization,taking this mechanism the courier monitoring information system is becoming more and more intelligent.At last,this paper realized the courier monitoring information system based on indoor and outdoor seamless positioning technology by using the software and hardware platform designed in this project,also provided a specific software solution for the positioning terminal,as well as completed the tests of main function in courier monitoring information system.Thus the navigation and positioning terminal can provide real-time positioning and path planning service for the courier,the network-side monitoring part can monitor the location information of all couriers in real time.
