Electro-acoustic devices including speakers,headphones,microphone,receiver,etc are devices by using electric and acoustic conversion,it mainly used in smart phones,table PCs,smart TVs,etc consumer electronic products characterized in intelligent.In this paper,speaker which is the most widely used is the measured object.Speaker is measured by Sound Check system that is standard in electro-acoustic industry.Standard processing result is obtained by different post-processing operation on measured parameter curve.Referring to some theories and conclusion in electro-acoustic field and related fields,this paper studies and analyzes the values of post-processing before and after.Besides,this paper summarizes many major post-processing algorithms in electro-acoustic measurement.It is hoped that post-processing functions can be implemented in fast electro-acoustic products measurement system which has been developed.The measured electro-acoustic devices can be studied and analyzed in depth by using post-processing functions.After studying and analyzing,the parameters that affecting the perfect of electro-acoustic devices and the parameters according to user's requirements can be obtained.The obtained parameters are basis for further improving and enhancing the measured product quality.The improvement of product quality meets the market demand for the user experience and high-quality sound and sound transmission products.Firstly,the acoustic theory and the measured object speaker in electro-acoustic measurement are analyzed.Then the structure and classification of loudspeaker and its working principle are clarified.The principle of electro-acoustic measurement system is analyzed.The position of post-processing in the measurement sequence and two common excitation signals are explained.The paper major concern is illustrated,namely the study and realization of post-processing algorithms,by analyzing the completed measurement system.Secondly,when the post-processing algorithm is studied,the data of post-processing before and after is obtained in the standard measuring system and exported to carry out the derivation and experimental analysis.The implementation of algorithm is finished in matlab language,and the result obtained by myself and Sound Check is compared in it.This paper mainly has finished the study and verify of eight different algorithms.This paper explains them in detail and briefly discusses the application of post-processing algorithm through some examples.Finally,owing to the measurement system software which has been developed is finished in a platform by combining Borland's C++Builder with NI's Measurement studio6.0.Post-processing algorithm needs to be converted into C++ code in that platform.This paper proposes a method that C++Builder calling Matlab function by VC++ and gives the specific implementation process.To some extent,it provides another approach to achieve post-processing.A variety of ways to choose improves the realization efficiency of post-processing algorithm.Duing to the complexity and diversity of post-processing algorithm,this paper has only got the widely used post-processing algorithm.Later the works needs to be done is keeping studying to get more algorithm that meets electro-acoustic measurement industry and applying them on the developed system.
