With the research of artificial neural network has been deepened.for its ability of storage, computing and adaptive learning,it has been widely applied in many areas.it can be finded in everywhere that use the he neural network model and algorithm to process information.MATLAB is the most popular scientific computing software, it provides a large number of neural network function, which can strongly support the application of artificial neural networks,but the engineers and technicians still has to spend many energy to study the programming environment of the MATLAB software,and the programming environment has many problems such as the poor security,extremely strict operational use and the not flexible access that to the the underlying data,so a Neural network information processing software which has the ability of Neural Network Computing,friendly user interface, Flexible security and can used to slove problems which has only general knowledge of the Neural network.Based the above requirements,this paper achieved the Neural network information processing software based on the MATLAB software, VC + + development environment, SQL Server database Mixed Programming.This paper begins with the extensive application of neural networks and using MATLAB neural network software to achieve the Neural network model problems,analyses the hybrid programming mixed with three kinds of programming environment which are MATLAB software, VC + +, SQL Server, the development of easy to operate, simple to process information using neural network neural network information processing software, the necessity, purpose and the need to address the difficulties----the mixed programming between MATLAB and the MATLAB VC + +,the ADO connection between VC + + and SQL,Database Toolbox with MATLAB between MATLAB and SQL,studied the Procedure or function call,data exchange,data format conversion in the mixed programming.Secondly,this paper introduced the basic knowledge artificial neural networks,MATLAB software,VC + +,SQL Server environment and the functions in the MATLAB software Neural network toolbox,analysised the advantages of the three hybrid programming environment---- storage capabilities of the SQL Server powerful data,the flexible C++ programming skills and the ability to realize the interface.Finally,based on the summarizing of the general process of processing information and operations using the neural network,this paper carried out the functional and non functional requirements analysis anf the module and database design of the neural network information processing software, established a hierarchical model of software and architecture which are realized by programming.Through the functional testing,the software achieved expected results,had practical value.The paper divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction, summaried the reaearch background,research objective and the meaning of this paper;The second chapter introduced the artificial networks and programming environment;The third chapter studied the mixed programming;Chapter four is the analysis and design of the ANN software Information processing;Chapter five is the realization and testing of the software;Charpter six is the summary and outlook.
