The development of Internet brought new changes to the traditional commercial area.The traditional catering industry can adopt the advanced information processing technology to achieve a variety of goals of improving market competitiveness according to the demand of business development by using the platform of Internet.The model(020)is an important mode of the current Internet technology applied in the catering industry.Research of this mode(020)is very necessary based on its importance in the CRM system.This thesis studies the new development of the traditional catering enterprise under the 020 mode and focuses on the design of CRM system under the 020 mode to realize the integration of the process of customer information acquisition,processing,application which provides strong supports for improving the market competitiveness and obtains much better efficiency for the catering enterprise.(1)In view of the traditional catering industry on the customer information to the customers to grasp unknown,actual consumption cannot be timely tracking problem,020 mode in the online registration,browsing,ordering dishes function based on user,obtaining basic information and consumer preferences information,the information resource is the premise and basis for analysis of customer relationship management.(2)In view of the traditional catering industry is in general customers dining,according to its requirements,passive recommend process improvements,the introduction of improved Apriori algorithm,the classic Apriori algorithm shortcomings,constructing auxiliary table,reducing the number of visits each candidate project data record things,improve processing speed,by Apriori algorithm to mining association rules based on the online data,access to basic user attribute information and browse to the dishes and the predetermined information,through the association analysis of dishes,achieve the goal of active application to customers recommend dishes,improve customer dining comfort.(3)In view of the traditional catering industry generally simple membership based customer management mode,the existence of customer classification is unknown,cannot be targeted to provide customer service problems,classification algorithm in data mining based on the method,by setting and calculation of classification index,customers will be divided into a plurality of groups,different groups have different loyalty,thus can be targeted to take measures,retain old customers,mining potential customers,develop new customers.(4)In view of the traditional commercial mode in general through the telephone,SMS and other means to contact the user,real-time performance is not very good,easy to cause problems on issues such as customer,the network of public release platform,instant communication tool based on the combination of communication means,the traditional method,the realization of the relevant information to push users.This paper firstly discusses the impact of 020 model on traditional business,especially on the catering industry.Secondly discusses the requirements analysis of the system from the perspective of the user and design the overall development and construction scheme of the system based on the demand analysis results,especially discusses the methods of using data mining technology to solve the problem of food data correlation and user classification in detail.Using the specific programming technology to realize the main function modules of the system based on the system design.Final part discusses the testing of the functions and performance of the system.The management of catering enterprises can make full use of customer static and dynamic data collected through the online platform with the design and development of CRM system based on 020.After analysis and processing,they can take targeted measures to improve the overall efficiency of enterprises,and get better practical value,at the same time;it has the certain theory value for the research and improvements of association data mining algorithm.
