Currently, with the growing popularity of computer networks, the number ofnetwork game products is becoming largger and largger and there are variety ofproducts. Therefore the gamers can choose many types of games and game companies.It enlarges the competitions of network game companies and also the network gameproducts in one company. In this environment, it is very ergent for the online gamecompanies to fully analyze network game client for more information, and constantlyimprove the customer satisfaction degree, and enhance the customers’ loyalty to gamesand game companies. It is an important task for online game companies to occupy alarge market share,and obtain higher profits. Compared with the international gamecompanies, the domestic online game companies develop relatively late, so resulting abig gap between the customer Mangment and foreign online game companies.Atpresent, the customer mangment in the China’s small and medium enterprise onlinegame company is very loose. Many companies do not have the scientific developmentof advanced customer information system, so customer information can not beeffectively managed. Although some companies have a customer mangment system, thesystems only have very simple functions on customer information mangment, and havenot the capaibility of analyzing the information of network game customs.Data mining techniques aims at finding complex data implied in hiddeninformation and knowledge that can help companies develop customer mangmentrelated decisions. By applying the advanced data mining methods in the mangmentmentof the relationship of network games customers, and classifying the customersaccording to the customer attributes, we can establish the one-to-one relationshipmangment. In this paper, we employ the self-organizing map neural network technologyto realize the online game customers automatic classification, for customer relationshipmangment and classification. A self-organizing map neural network clustering algorithmis designed. Then we can establish a suitable online game company’s customerrelationship mangment system. The system can complete user mangment, basiccustomer information mangment, customer classification, statistical analysis andprinting of the custom infromation. In the paper,we detailed the analysis of thedesignation of the overall system, along with the data flow diagrams, and various sub-modules of the designation.The designed customer relationship mangment system is tested in a realenvionment, and the test results show that the system can classify the customeraccording to the value and the potential value of customs. The system can meet thecustomer requirments, and enhance the customer loyalty and retention. Consequentlythe system can enhance the online gaming business profitability and competitiveness.
