In the 21st century,the miniature speaker,which as an indispensable electroacoustic device in a human daily life,has blended into people's life bit by bit,this industry is also developing rapidly because of a great quantity of production demand.Therefore,how to carry out a fast online detection to these miniature speakers has became a top priority.At present,science technology and national economy is constantly developing,at the same time computer and digital technology is in rapid development,the digital measurement technology that come into being is gradually improving the deficiencies of the traditional analog measuring instrument,such as its slow speed,exorbitant price and unfriendly input/output mode.The main content of this paper is the research on the speaker performance test,its treatment and analysis method in the fast measurement system for electroacoustic products.Given that any detection system should be based on relevant theoretical knowledge,so the speaker system and the relevant theory of loudspeaker measurement system are introduced at first,and then the concept of transducer is introduced,with the application of electromechanical-acoustic analogy.We can get the calculation methods of each parameters,through introducing two signals:frequency stepped-sine sweep signalfrequency log sweep signal.Next,on the basis of relevant theories,the basic measurement scheme of loudspeaker measurement system is proposed in this paper,it is also named as the measurement sequence of loudspeaker,which presents the software running process during the miniature loudspeaker measurement,including hardware setup,calibration,excitation,acquisition,analysis,post-processing,limit and results display.And then the measurement modules to the measurement sequence are analyzed,in which the analysis editor of the measurement sequence and its algorithm are emphatically introduced and analyzed.Finally,the programming interface to each algorithm in the analysis editor is realized by applying Matlab.For a general loudspeaker digital detection system,the frequency response,distortion,impedance,polarity,phase,pure tone and other test results can all be got in a frequency sweep at the same time,But generally we need not only a simple curve or waveform detection,also the corresponding analysis and treatment method to the measured value is needed,it is that the key analysis editor the paper will introduce.The so called analysis function of loudspeaker measurement,refers to use different analysis method to give corresponding treatment to the different audio signal curve or single value that collected in the loudspeaker measurement process.The analysis operations to the loudspeaker,can not only make the test curves meet the needs of customers,it is also convenient for the operator to understand characteristics of curve.Since the loudspeaker measurement system is a complex system,only the analysis module of measurement sequence,as well as the analysis of stimulated signal and algorithm transplantation are completed.The next task is to carry on the development of test systems program and the algorithm study in other major function module.
