| With the rapid development of network communication technology,new ways of information transmission and services have emerged.The new media tools have features like immediacy,anonymity,interactivity,personalization,openness that make it possible for every person to express their own opinions effectively,which is sure to break the original spreading pattern,resulting in the diversification of the communication pattern and in the meantime pose new challenges to press conferences,especially those on emergencies.After an emergency,the government or organization timely and effective releasing of information can not only avoid the emergence of rumors effectively,but also create a good public opinion environment,which is conducive to the disposal of the emergency.This paper studies how the press conference releases information effectively so as to soothe public panic mood and create a good public opinion environment.With the Yushu Earthquake in Qinghai Province in 2010,the "7 ·23" Bullet trains Collision on the Yongwen Line,and Henan Shuanghui Cenbuterol Event as the research example and the communication effect of the press conference as the guide.The study finds that to achieve a good result,not only good performances should be made on the press conference scene,but also other various aspects of the press conference should be well focused on,such as pre-release planning,timing,the grasping of the contents of the topic,the spokesman's choices and other following work.,that is,the unity and integrity of the press conference should be considered.Under the environment of network transmission,through the analysis of specific case,this paper pointed out that we should reasonable overall press conference theme,content,timing and release strategy in order to achieve good communication effect and better guide the public opinion.I also hope that this research can provide certain reference when emergency press conferences happen in the future. |
