The Design And Implementation Of Customer Relationship Management System Based On Cloud Platform

With the development of computer technology and the popularization of computer network technology,information science and technology gradually penetrate into the enterprise development and management,including a variety of information management systems and enterprise portals,customer relationship management system has evolved.Customer relationship management system uses computer technology development,and customer relationship management systems,store customer information,processing business leads,identify potential business opportunities,customers have the advantage of traditional management model cannot match.For example: saving storage space,ensuring data security,saving labor costs and time costs,which can greatly enhance the customer relationship management system through information management efficiency,improve customer loyalty,identify potential business opportunities.The system is based on a particular theory of customer relationship management,through the operation of the departments within the enterprise,workflow,business requirements,etc.for the actual research,combined with advanced computer technology.The main research work is as follows:(1)research the advantages of using cloud platform technology on the development of system,through the integration of cloud platform technology and Web technology,we presented the design and implementation of cloud platforms based on customer relationship management system.based on the ASP.NET MVC framework and Azure cloud platform,design an interactive systems with user-friendly features.(2)Complete security system design,the use of authentication technologies in a cloud environment for system security control,and strengthen the system function module access control to ensure the safety of the system.(3)Based on Microsoft Azure cloud platform for the entire development phase of the system requirements analysis,detailed design and implementation of deployment.The system achieves module management of announcement module,clues module,client module,business module,product module,the task module,the contract module,security module and other cloud environments.Instead of the traditional CRM systems running within the enterprise drawbacks,the using of cloud platform technology architecture,not only saves the cost of business buying and maintains hardware facilities,also satisfies with Microsoft Azure cloud platform powerful features and services,guarantees the stability of system.
