Research On Self-consciousness Of Agents

In general theory,an ontology is a "formal and clearly specification of shared conceptual model",it describes the intrinsic property of entities in the field,including the structure of the concept and the relationship between the concepts.Over time,concepts and relationships between concepts will change.The Dynamic Ontology Description Language introduce Mutual-description Principle,Fuzziness Principle,Evolution Principle and agent to ontology theory to make ontology has a dynamic nature.In fact,the semantics of entities(ie concepts and relationships between concepts)is something that is closely related to the views of agent—the self-consciousness of an agent.So it is necessary to make a deep research on the self-consciousness of agents.The paper would be discussed the self-consciousness of agents as following:1)After studying the related theory of self-consciousness,this paper argues that the self-consciousness of agents including the agent's own understanding of its composition structure,its state changes and the semantic interpretation about its states.2)This paper researched the AORBCO model and DODL and thought that the composition of an agent is constituted with belief,act,intention,desire and loop.Also it further perfected the loop.3)According to the research on the structure of agents,agent's understanding of its current state including their current belief understanding,their current ability understanding,their current desire understanding,their current intention understanding and their decision-making process.4)After studying the interaction motivation of agents,considered that the essence of communication is the semantic interpretation about agent's states.This article design the dodl agent communication language(DODL-ACL)by integrating the performative of Query and Manipulation Language and the Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent Communication Language.And it describ the formal definition of DODL message.5)We designed and implemented a Who am I(WAI)System for the management and maintenance of personal social relationships.Through this WAI system,the self-consciousness of agents theory are preliminary validated.
