Along with the computer network popularization, as well as the network band width unceasing enhancement, more and more many real-time communications can realize in the network. The traditional telephone network because its expensive correspondence expense and the sole point-to-point communication are very difficult to satisfy the enterprise, the company teleconference and saves the expense need. The group voice communication is precisely a new technology and the new application which emerges under such request, it uses the inexpensive internet network band width resources, packs the voice signal to data package and transmit in the network. The group voice communication is very good realization network conference, has greatly saved the correspondence expense for users.The group voice commuincation's each participation side is coordinated, is constructed on the peer-to-peer network. The original peer-to-peer network message transmission control use life mechanism or only identifier mechanism in the network, In this way can form the network short-circuit effect. In this paper a new solution is advanced in theoretically, which combine life mechanism and only identifier mechanism. Namely uses the life and unique identifier mechanism in the message's forehead to control the information transmission. So arrived the node's message with unique identification and different life time can be transmited to a farther node thus enhanced the entire network accessibility.Uses Windows, Visual C++ voice programming to dispose each peer's voice signal, uses pick/transmit pingpong mechanism and the receive/broadcast pingpong mechanism realizes voice signal gathering, transmission, receiving, broadcast continuously. The group voice communication needs to establish in the peer-to-peer network, using the DirectX development tool bag constructs the peer-to-peer network, mainly includes group conversation initialization, the network protocol choice, assigns the conversation the host, the conversation correspondence, as well as leave off and terminate conversation several parts. Voice signal which gathers fromeach peer, and transmits in the peer-to-peer network , and receives the voice signal from the peer-to-peer network which transmits from other coordinated bodies, realizes the group voice communication model.
