Wireless sensor networks integrate sensors,network communications and many other technologies,it is a new technology for information acquisition and processing.It has broad prospects.However,in a number of key technologies,including nodes localization,there are still a lot of questions.Nodes localization is the key issue in wireless sensor networks and networking applications.Domestic and international issues of node localization in wireless sensor networks have done a lot of research,proposed a number of wireless sensor network localization algorithms,But these algorithm is still not completely solved the problem of wireless sensor node localization,and most of these algorithms only consider the case of two-dimensional plane,they didn`t consider the actual deployment of wireless sensor networks in case of three-dimensional space.So how to design low-power,low-cost and high positioning accuracy of localization algorithm for wireless sensor networks is still a chase of all researcher.This paper analyzes and summarizes the status and trends of wireless sensor network localization technology,proposed DR-MDS localization algorithm.at first,by using hexahedral measurement method to measure the distance between the wireless sensor nodes,and then introducing a modification factor to calibrate the measuring distance by Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI).After calculating the distance between nodes,we use multidimensional scaling techniques for wireless sensor node localization.It can be inherited the advantage of MDS localization algorithm and make up for its shortcomings.Firstly,it divide the entire area into a plurality of local regions by the adaptive search algorithm,obtaining the relative coordinates of the local area,then get the global coordinates of nodes nodes according to the common node of each region.Finally using MATLAB to simulate the DR-MDS algorithm,simulation results show that,DR-MDS algorithm is better than the MDS-MAP algorithm in localization accuracy.Accuracy of the wireless sensor networks based on node positioning applications.It can adapt to the requirements of node localization in wireless sensor networks.
