With the growth of the national economy in the new century,the people's life quality is improving,and the body is more and more obesity with the less physical labor participation and the more intake of energy.Obesity not only does not meet the aesthetic requirements of modern people,but also can cause hypertension,hyperglycemia,arteriosclerosis and other aspects of the disease,make more and more people to join the ranks of the weight loss.The best way to lose weight is the movement,but the people are often faced with the harm of the physical health with the excessive movement,or faced with the fat accumulation with the un-enough exercise in the exercise of lose weight,so a suitable weight loss monitoring system is needed to instruct us to loss weight safely and effectively.In recent years,weight loss monitoring problem has become a research hotspot.This paper designed a wearable effective weight loss exercise energy consumption monitoring system speaking from the energy movement angle and combining with the advanced acceleration sensor technology.This system used MMA7260 acceleration sensor to detect the muscle information data of the sporter,and used the MC9S08QG8 single-chip microcomputer to process the data,and used the CDMA module to transmit the data information to the computer.The paper have designed a lot of important circuit.such as the MMA7260 sensor circuit?MC9S08QG8 chip control circuit?power management circuit and CDMA communication circuit.The design circuit of module was given in the paper,then the PCB diagram and object diagram of the control board were given,and the design of software and hardware were completed.After the completion of system design,this paper debugged and tested the system,and designed the experiments according to the test requirements.The field tests used the energy consumption monitoring theory to identify according to the human body movement.The results showed that the system can meet the lose weight exercise energy consumption monitoring requirements of men and women.It completed a wearable stable motion monitoring system.
