Research And Implementation Of Social Management Platform Inter Enterprise Based On XMPP

In recent years,with rapid development of the Internet technology and application,the traditional management model has difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises.In order to improve management efficiency,strengthen the communication between employees,between businesses and customers,enterprise integrated into the social network elements got the favor of many enterprises.In the enterprise social life,enterprise instant communication tools are of great value in research and application because it reduces the cost of corporate communication,improve employee productivity,and bring a lot of convenience for the enterprise operational management.Construction and research of internal social network has become one of important issue for corporate research,which bring great change to enterprise.In enterprise social,there is an unofficial,spontaneous exchange that facilitate the understanding of both parties.When achieved this enterprise social by a social network platform,perhaps this and the reality of face to face communication are different,and social coordination office can best reflect corporate social value.This paper researches on enterprise social management,and has overturned the previous model,which achieve enterprise management,business and office three Golden Triangle integration through enterprise social platform.The main contents of the paper are below:(1)The paper based on XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol)start from basic introduction and analysis of XMPP protocol,on the basis of deep understanding of the XMPP protocol deploy and research open source software systems openfire + spark + smack,focus on analysis and study of its plug-in mechanism as well as the system for XMPP packet transmission and processing mechanism.(2)Researching and analyzing the demands of enterprise internal social network platform,build a platform framework for specific business needs have determined the system's main function modules and core modules.To Weibo example for the whole database modeling and for database data analyzing.(3)On this basis to realize the basic function of the platform,the system function test and performance test and using the test cases to check whether the platform to meet user needs and application requirements.Further integration of business practices in enterprises and this platform is applied to social enterprise application;after the test,the function of the platform to meet the users' needs,provide reliable and stable service.Through the social network and social enterprise application,this platform not only shape the corporate culture,but in the enterprise operation and management efficiency bring benefits for the enterprise,which has a far-reaching significance for study of enterprise social network.
