The Application And Research Of IM System In The Enterprist Information Based On XMPP

With the the rapid development of network technology and real-time communications technology,instant communication tools have been widely used subsequently. The revolution in the field of communication tools have changed people's traditional means of communication based on email,so that coordination of office staff in need of information exchange can be instant and effective communication. Real-time communication systems,support on voice and telephone conferencing not only improve the efficiency of the internal staff work , but also saves costs of communications compared with use traditional phone delivering.XMPP( Extensible Messaging and presence protocol )is an protocol which based on extensible markup language,coupled with its openness,scalability,security so much good advantages,It also can communicate with other instant messaging tools as well.So it has lots of advantages in developing new enterprise instant messaging system. XMPP-based instant messaging system to provide users in addition to text-based chat services,the expansion of the graphics and voice communications function significantly improves the efficiency of communications between users, applications to small and medium enterprises within the enterprise greatly save the communication cost . Also,the XMPP instant messaging technology and enterprise collaboration systems,ERP,CRM and other large office,management and operation of information system combines real-time communications technology for future development.This paper introduces the real-time communication system development in the world and the issues of significance,detailed analysis of the current mainstream real-time communication protocol-XMPP protocol in the field of enterprise instant messaging application. Based on the depth study on the protocol and related technologies,on the research objectives for this thesis,for enterprise features for real-time communication system of demand analysis,in the open-source software, openfire and spark the basis to design and carry out the instant message communication send and receive and file transfer and other basic functions,and to achieve the meeting discussion groups,whiteboards and other internal communications for the utility function. Focus of the user management control,business groups and the plug-in development techniques. Development and implementation of a final comprehensive enterprise-class instant messaging system.
