Threshold method is mainly used for energy consumption early warning in management system of base station,the method is based on the historical data and benchmark data by analyzing out the similar energy consumption benchmark value of base station,and then the threshold value is setted to realize the energy consumption abnormal alarm.Because of the method is only under the premise of historical data to set alarm threshold,regardless the inner relevances of base station such as real-time energy consumption,base station geographic meteorological conditions,and the main equipment energy efficiency with business volume(also known as call loss)etc.Resulting that energy consumption of base station management have some false alarms and false advertisings,and then bring unnecessary inspection and alarming costs for operators.In this thesis,a method of energy consumption modeling based on real time data is proposed,that is based on the systematic analysis of the energy consumption and the characteristics of the energy consumption of the base station.The preliminary model for energy consumption through hybrid modeling is developed by combining monadic linear regression fitting with mechanism analyses oriented at multi-network equipment that shares the same scenario and configuration of base station.This method first fits the main equipment with monadic regression analyses by gathering static parameters of base station and the big data of dynamic energy consumption,and then establishes the energy consumption model of equipment by the fitting parameters.By using the mechanism analysis method,the energy consumption model for the auxiliary equipment is established.By using the energy conservation law to establish the energy consumption model of the dynamic loop system.Then the energy consumption model of communication base station is established by accumulation of the three subsystems.By using the data provided by a mobile communication operation enterprise as the use case,a validation experiment is carried out by comparing the prediction model with the threshold analysis method.The tested results showed that primary energy consumption model established in this thesis is better than the traditional threshold method in prediction accuracy aspect,that is to say prediction model can effectively reduce the false alarm falsely accused and reduce the energy consumption of fault alarm duration caused by threshold method,can also provide a technical support for communication base station energy saving engineering assessment,so as to promote the overall energy consumption in communication industry.
