The Research On Broadcast Control System In County Television Station

With the development of economy and society,radio and TV has become an important choice for people.The quality of the radio and television broadcasting system is an important factor to determine the quality of the broadcast.Nowadays,the radio and television broadcast system is developed from the original manual system to the automatic system.According to the development of the digital technology,the control system of the TV station network has gradually occupied the market with its advantages of automation and digitalization,good stability and expansion.The main functions of the system are including the control system,the production of background program and the management of the staff.The material management subsystem is used to manage the program material and the related staff,and it is very important in the television network broadcast control system.To ensure the healthy and stable operation of the system,the management of material and person should be effectively.The current material management subsystem,although its basic functions are well,but it cannot meet the development of broadcast system requirements.For example,user management by using SQL Server's user management mechanism directly will bring about some difficulties in database backup.And file-sharing system used to transport material,not only bring great burden to the server,and also bring amount of security risk to the system.In this paper,based on the research and analysis of the existing material management system,Delphi7 is used as the development platform,server SQL 2005 can be adopted to achieve database management and the FTP is utilized to achieve the material transmission.The television broadcast control system can effectively solve the problems of data on the management of inefficient and inconvenience to support the stable background,thus it can improve the work efficiency of the TV station.The experimental results show that,it can solve the database backup restore difficulties and server burden in the current television stations broadcast control system.At the same time,it provides the automatic backup database functions,makes the system more security,and satisfies the requirement of disaster tolerance.Through the file system to manage material,it can reduce the operating costs of the system and database storage pressure,improve transmission speed.It can run stably and there is no risk of downtime.Server CPU actual utilization rate under 30%.
