The accuracy of a system to evaluate teleplay samples directly decides the business performance of a TV station.Thus,such a system plays a vital role in properly and effectively censoring teleplays samples.Currently,the best evaluation system is based on the quantitative data of evaluation criteria,which are collected and analyzed by a combination of TV stations full-time censors and volunteer audiences before making a decision of purchasing teleplays.In this kind of system,the evaluation criteria come from the overall satisfaction on teleplays samples.The system result is the main reference of the decision on purchase of the teleplays in a TV station.However,it is not reality to collect enough comments from the audiences.Meanwhile,the satisfactory of the limited amount of full-time censors can hardly reflect the real responses from the community after the teleplays are broadcasted by the TV station.Moreover,all the censors involved in the assessment of teleplay with different experiences have similar weights on their votes during the process of evaluation.This usually brings about inaccurate analysis results.Furthermore,the methodology of the collection and analysis of data can hardly satisfy the requirements of higher efficiency for large amount of products.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a methodology to construct a system to collect audience comments effectively by means of internet and utilize the technology of data mining to implement a novel system to improve the efficiency of censoring and evaluating teleplays samples according to the functional requirements.It makes use of the Ordinal Attribute Dissimilarity Measurement algorism to measure and assess the performance of each censor to improve the accuracy of the analysis results,which are based on the weighted average computation.The weight of individual censor is obtained from the average accuracy of his/her comments on number of teleplays by the statistical data captured during a dynamic period,while the accuracy of any comments depends on the rate of each teleplays.This way,the comments from those censors with rich experiences have a higher weight in the process of data analysis.The system quantizes the comments of all the censors by discrete data and concept hierarchy.In this system,UML model is used to illustrate the functional requirements of the system by use case diagram,class diagram and activity diagram.At the same time,system software architecture use the Browser/Server(B/S)architecture.What's more,a MVC framework based on Web Django,the Python programming language and MySQL database are chosen to design the system.As a summary,this paper presents a system to evaluate teleplays samples and it provides effective references in a higher efficiency than the current existed evaluation system before making a decision to purchase valuable teleplays.
