The scale and scope of network video surveillance has been expanded,which has brought great opportunities and challenges to the development of network video surv eillance technology.Traditional video surveillance systems mainly provide video mon itoring services and their service are relatively single,so how to merge it with the Int ernet technology and connect various environmental sensors,smart appliances and ot hers into the surveillance video to make full use of network monitoring resources pro viding a wide range of value-added services,has become a concern in the field of vid eo surveillance.Focusing on the construction of low cost and multi-service video monitoring sys tem in small and medium-sized enterprises or resident home,etc.Besides the general audio and video services,this paper improves the structure of the system,increase co ntent information acquisition and improves data processing to study and design of a s calable,real-time network video monitoring system orienting Internet value-added se rvices.The specific work of this paper is as follows:Based on the general technology in network video monitoring to provide a variet y of services for medium-sized and small-sized users,we design a network video mon itoring system meet the needs of a variety of services,which includes the front-end a cquisition device,the system server and the client.Through the platform-based syste m structure,we register front-end acquisition device and clients to the multi module a nd distributed deployment system server.Clients get the front end corresponding serv ices through a proxy server.Besides the traditional video monitoring system adopts C/S or B/S structure directly connecting method,our system has an increase of system management and scalability to provide Internet value-added services.For the various sensor modules and other embedded equipment accessing,with respect to the use of t hird-party libraries to get and transmit the audio and video data,we add the types of data services,which are conducive to the combination of value-added service data,au dio data and video data.By calling to the alarm center,baidu map,attendance center,face recognition and other linkage system in the system server and client,we are able to use local and remote data processing methods to provide more intelligent Internet value-added services.According to the demand of the actual project,we use the the system structure d esigned in our paper and implement a network video monitoring system including att endance service,face recognition,map location and other Internet value-added servic es.The system uses v412,multi thread programming,queues and other technology to implement the front-end collection device applications including video capture modul e,communication module,value-added services data acquisition module;also the enc apsulation and transmission of interface protocol are realized in terms of protocol str ucture and message contents;based on Haar cascade classifier and LDA linear discri minant method and Baidu map SDK and other technologies,we achieve a variety of s ervices.Through the system test,the system can ensure real-time video surveillance a nd provide a variety of Internet value-added services.The system connectivity,video monitoring quality and the supporting of various kinds of services have reached the e xpected effect.All of these show that the system we designed is reasonable.
