The Application Of VPD Technology In The Provincial Application Centralized Project Of The Core Collection And Management System Of Guizhou Provincial Local Taxation

With the development in the industry application software system,spreading from the original application software system to the centralized deployment pattern deployment patterns is needed,such as from the original counties deploy patterns to the municipal centralized deployment model,or from the original urban land consolidation deployment model to provincial centralized deployment model.There are many schemes can realize this kind of application software system upgrade,but the oracle virtual private database technology(VPD)can reduce the cost of ownership,and the workload,which only need to adjust the aspects of database,and make a few changes to the application software.So it has more advantages.In the oracle database,through DBMS_RLS system package,security policies are associated with tables,views,or synonym,which can realize the VPD.At present,the core of the collection management system in the GuiZhou province local taxation bureau(hereinafter referred to as the collection and administration system)decentralized in ten city,and the corresponding tax data is stored separately in ten province.From the perspective of GuiZhou local provincial tax bureau,it will not be able to guarantee the safety and consistency of data if tax data is stored directly in a province.Also,it can't make a comprehensive utilization of the province's tax data.In order to strengthen tax administration,GuiZhou tax bureau decided to manage system from the city to the provincial,and the province share a set of collection and management system,and tax data is stored in GuiZhou local tax bureau data center directly.Due to the collection and management system is very complicated,how to choose from the original urban land consolidation concentrated mode to the technical route of provincial centralized deployment is very important.If not,the original collection and administration system is faced with enormous development and testing effort.In this paper,the use of Oracle technology combined with virtual private database partition table technology to realize centralized application system,and the experiment prove that this is a very successful technology solutions.Based on the research of application focused project of tax collection and management system in the GuiZhou provincial,firstly,the oracle virtual private database,tables partition theory knowledge is introduced,and then the planning focus on the GuiZhou provincial tax collection and management system application is put forward.Finally,how to use oracle virtual private database and the partition table to realize concentration of collection and management system application at the provincial level is described and a brief description of the data exchange between collection and management system and other systems after the provincial concentration.
