Research Of Software Performance Testing Platform Based On Cloud Computing

With all kinds software application are used in a wide range in people's daily life,the impact of the Internet on social life is becoming deeper.The requirements for various of software applications are also growing.With the number of software applications,the scale,the structure complexity is also growing exponentially.It results in that the traditional labor-intensive manual testing is difficult to accommodate the current rapid development of software testing requirements,in particular when we need to simulate a large number of users to execute a software performance test.Today the cloud computing technology continues to develop,by combining traditional software testing and cloud computing technology,we can component cloud testing platform.In this thesis,we research the performance testing platform based on cloud computing technology,discuss the organizational structure of the platform.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1.For cloud computing network environment,we research the the essential characteristics of cloud computing,respectively from the cloud computing technology classification,system structure and so on.We leads to the concept of cloud testing,analysis the test platform of cloud development driving force,and analyzes basic theories related cloud testing and the feasibility of cloud testing.Starting from the domestic and foreign well-known Internet companies to build the cloud testing platform,we discuss the development direction of the cloud technology;2.Research and compare the the differences between traditional software testing mode and cloud testing mode.For the cloud testing system,research the basic model framework of it from the front interface,service management module,resource management module,the basic database design framework;3.In the end,based on the process to develop and design the SCP(Sohu Cloud testing—Platform)deployed on SCE(Sohu Cloud Engine),discuss the system structure of the SCP cloud testing platform,how to realize of each module.In the performance monitoring module.In the result analysis module,the test data information of the MQ timing task is processed by using the data analysis method based on SAX(Simple API for XML).It includes the request response time(Average response time,Minimum response time,Maximum response time and Response time standard deviation),Tps,Vuser,total number of requests,error number and HTTP response,the Average number of requests per second,etc.At last,it generats the test report.
