Research On Lightweight SDN Application Architecture And SDN Evolution

Currently,SDN is an emerging network architecture and technology,which is aimed at scheduling the network resources from the user's point of view and promoting the innovation of network business or services by ing the network.Comparing with other applications,SDN applications are more intelligent,dynamic controllability and programmability because of SDN itself characteristic,so the overall network can dynamically adjust the deliver of network resources according to the service needs.At present SDN has been widely used,However,the concept of SDN applications has not,or at least not perfectly,been defined yet.So we proposed the concept of SDN applications from the perspective of user payment for allocating network resources,and bring in the concept of SDN application development model based on orthogonal decomposition.Firstly,this paper states the domestic and foreign research situation of SDN technology,and introduces the technology in SDN application architectures-VTN and Docker in detail.Secondly,through analyzing the situation and transformation between the traditional operators and traditional enterprise software vendors,this paper first proposed the idea-the SDN evolution up to down.This paper expanded the description of the operating system based on social software,the development and migration of DMOD.Thirdly,comparing the differences and similarities between cloud computing with SDN,this paper proposed the concept of SDN applications based on software defined price refer to the economic model in cloud computing,introduced the SDP and the SDN applications architecture,then summarized the features of SDN application.Fourthly,we introduced the Monolithic Architecture and the AKF Scale Cube,then through both of conparison proposed the concept of light SDN application development model based on orthogonal decomposition,and had the theoretical analysis and process anasysis for that,then given the development case of light teaching platform.Finally,this research completes the implementation and test the VTN price mechanism based on the OpenDaylight open resource platform,and developed the lightweight applications of teaching platform.
