Design And Implementation Of University Virtual Experiment And Simulation Platform Based On CloudStack

With the rapid development of cloud computing technology,cloud computing also emerged rapidly.Cloud computing is more and more favored by research institutions and IT enterprises due to the advantages such as high flexibility,low expenditure,and expandability.As to computer labs of universities and colleges,applying cloud computing to manage lab and providing public teaching environment with cloud service mode can better break through the limitations on space,time and use times of traditional physical labs and achieve teaching resources sharing.This paper firstly compared and analyzed the mainstream cloud management platforms at present;and proposed scheme on the development of virtual experiment and simulation platform system basing on CloudStack.It focused on researching the virtualization technology of key parts of server,and put forward the key function and implementation mode of cloud computing management platform.Secondly,it analyzed the problems existing in teaching lab of traditional universities and colleges,and conducted further analysis on the application scenarios of virtual lab of universities and colleges.Thirdly,basing on the characteristics of Open API,it put forward the basic thought on system design of virtual experiment and simulation platform,and selected JSEE architecture to design development system.In addition,It conducted system implementation taking JSF framework as basis,and achieved the support on Mobile WEB UI and PC WEB UI by virtue of Primefaces Mobile open source structure mode.The final part of this paper implemented construction and deployment on the environment of CloudStack-based cloud computing platform,and conducted test on system performance.By virtue of the design and development on virtual simulation lab of universities and colleges,it deeply understood the principle and characteristics of cloud computing management.and successfully developed virtual simulation experiment lab of universities and colleges basing on OPEN API of CloudStack.The system can meet system requirements and actual requirements of project.
