| Micro and small enterprises financing is a universal problem.Before the 70 s of last century,countries deem micro and small enterprises financing as a politi cal objective,but which still can not solve the problems.The financing situation of small enterprises has not changed fundamentally,because small and micro enterprises have a greater credit risk and which is hard to evaluate correctly.In contrast,financial institutions generally tend to provide credit resources to medium and large enterprises which operate reliably.However,small and micro enterprise credit business is the most important part of the credit cooperative banking business.In order to reduce credit risk and improve the level of credit management,credit cooperative decides to introduce credit management system for small and micro enterprises.The thesis introduces the credit management system from requirements analysis,outline design,detailed design and code writing.This system is implemented by J2 EE,SQL Server2012,and B/S.In the phase of requirement analysis,the system requirements are certain which consist of customer management,credit management,credit reporting management,non-performing loan management and system security,and the non functional requirements is certain.Based on this,the outline design and detailed design are completed.In order to improve credit management level,the thesis designs small micro enterprise credit rating model which is the basis to grant loan.In order to ensure the system can been applied to bank,the thesis completes system test which includes functional test and performance test.The final system has the characteristics of stable and easily to use.The system has been applied to credit cooperative to process small micro enterprise credit management business which play a good role.It realizes small and micro enterprise credit management business standardization and scientific,and can improve work efficiency and economic income... |
