The Research Of Academic Network Of Knowledge Management In China-based On CNKI Journal Data

By using social network analysis,through collecting internal discipline data,knowledge management analyzes and digs core author,potential teamwork academic hotspot and trend in order to scientifically evaluate and predict the stages and trend of a given field,based on CNKI.This paper aims at collecting data from academic issues of knowledge management,and conduct further analysis and outlook towards knowledge management.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,this paper illustrates the background and significance of homogeneous and heterogeneous academic network of knowledge management.After it points out the shortcomings in the current study,it proposes its main contents,research framework and innovations.Second,this paper describes the main method of homogeneous and heterogeneous network research and point out its theories.It introduces the software tools during its research progress;it also describes three major analysis indicators in processing data;it shows six steps in cross academic network research to provide theoretical groundwork for the following specific research.Third,it is the research of homogenous academic network of knowledge management.It constructs one-mode homogenous academic network of the discipline of knowledge management,and statically analyzes it: it finds core authors and high-frequency keyword,and analyzes the collaboration network and co-word network.Fourth,it is the research of two-mode heterogeneous academic network of knowledge management.It uses the collected data to build and analyze data matrix,including author-topic two-mode analysis a topic-year two-mode analysis,further complete topic novelty research and keyword-year two-mode network visualization.Fifth,it is the research of three-mode heterogeneous academic network of knowledge management.It follows the existing data,and mines the author and institution of the content evolution situation based on year-author-keyword three-mode network and year-institution-keyword three-mode network: the evolution of author,the importance of author's research topics and the changes of research institution.Sixth,it shows the summary and prospects of this paper.There are two aspects of innovation in this paper: First,while using the social network analysis method to analyze knowledge management academic network,this paper uses the concept of complex network to distinguish academic network of knowledge management between homogenous network and heterogeneous network.So that it will be clearer to comb the static situation and dynamic evolution situation of academic network.Second,based on 2-mode and 3-mode heterogeneous network,complex network community is divided to achieve the research towards change of hotspots,which is more systematic,comprehensive and objective to analyze the potential team and cooperation direction in academic network of knowledge management.
