The development of Internet technology,smart phone technology innovation and video technology have laid the technical foundation for the emergence of short video.Large Internet enterprises have seen the development prospects of the short video industry and have invested in the development and promotion of short video APPs.Today,in September 2016,the headline launched three short video products,namely,chattering,volcano and watermelon,and spent 1billion yuan on the promotion and development of short video.Its effective promotion means and attractive works have enabled the product to be launched into the market.It has attracted the attention of a large number of Internet users.At the beginning of the "chattering" line,it caused strong social controversy because of poor product content and user addiction.Although the later SARFT ordered rectification,it actively offline bad video and strengthened the video upload check.However,the negative news on the Internet about "chattering" has not been broken.In this study,young students from vocational colleges and universities were taken as a sample,short video messages were used as independent variables,social support and self-identification were used as intermediary variables,and subjective well-being and personal values were used as dependent variables.To study the effect of short video use on the subjective well-being and personal values of young vocational school students.The main findings of the study were:1,The use of short video by young students in vocational schools has a significant positive impact on the social support received.The use of "chattering" short video has a significant correlation with the formation of self-identity,and social support plays a completely intermediary role in the formation of self-identity in the use of "chattering" short video.2,There is a positive influence between the use of short video by young students in vocational schools and their subjective well-being.There is a positive influence between social support and subjective well-being of young students in vocational schools.There is a positive influence between the self-identification and the subjective well-being of young students in vocational schools.3,vocational school youth "chattering" short video use has a negative impact on personal values.The social support received by young students in vocational schools has a negativeimpact on their personal values.4,vocational school young students "chattering" short video use on the impact of subjective well-being and personal values.Social support and self-identification play an intermediary role.5,Gender was significantly associated with personal values,and girls were more grounded.In short,the use of "chattering" can improve the subjective well-being of young students in vocational schools,but it has a significant negative impact on the formation of socialist core values at the individual level.The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of the use of "chattering" and provide some references and suggestions for the development of chattering,school management,and mental health education for vocational school students.
