In recent years,China-foreign cooperation in running schools in China has gradually shifted from blindly expanding the extension of the scale to inner construction and the improvement of education quality which has put forward higher requirements for the efficiency of government regulation of China-foreign cooperation in running schools.This research is mainly uses the literature method,case study and comparative method which based on the current China-foreign cooperative education government regulation procedures and the case of the Chengdu University of Technology and the Staffordshire University's business management degree program to show the practical level of how government regulated China-foreign cooperative education.Then it points out the main existing problems of the government regulation through the present situation and case study,also analyzes the cause of the problem.And it compares China's general degree evaluation procedures and draws on the advanced experience of the United Kingdom,the United States and Australia in transnational education regulation.Finally,it based on the problems in regulation and the advanced experience from domestic and other countries and combined the new public service theory,public goods theory and responsive regulation theory to put forward solutions: optimizing laws and regulations and strengthen top-level design,enhancing information disclosure and transparency,enriching the main body of regulation and strengthening the exit mechanism.
