In the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the achievement test accompanies the whole teaching.It can not only directly reflect the effect of students' Chinese learning,but also provide feedback for Chinese teachers' teaching.Test paper is a key factor in achievement test,which directly affects the effectiveness of test.Based on the theoretical knowledge of Chinese achievement test,this paper takes the final Chinese test papers respectively prepared by Chinese and Thai teachers in Darasamutr Sriracha School,Sriracha,Chonburi,Thailand as the research object,makes a comparative analysis of the test papers prepared by teachers of different nationalities from three aspects: content validity,surface validity and structure validity.Through ten months of teaching and observation,combined with questionnaire survey and interview with the Chinese teachers of the school,this paper summarizes the differences of the final Chinese test papers prepared by Thai and Chinese teachers in the test contents,knowledge ability,Chinese proficiency level,question type,question quantity,standardization of test papers and the embodiment of teaching method in the test questions.This paper attempts to explore the causes of the differences from the aspects of cultural and educational background,teachers' teaching experience,language advantage,understanding of students,requirements for achievement tests and teachers' workload.Finally,some suggestions areput forward for the differences and the causes: select the test content suitable for students' ability level,optimize the knowledge structure of the test paper,enrich and adjust the types of questions,rationally design the number of questions,improve the cross-cultural communication ability of Chinese teachers,Chinese teachers and Thai teachers jointly prepare test papers,strengthen relevant training for teachers,standardize the design of test papers and establish small question banks.The aim is to improve the quality of Darasamutr Sriracha School's achievement test papers and to provide reference for other schools in Thailand to prepare achievement test papers.It can also provide reference for the teaching of Chinese teachers.
