During the Curriculum Reform in china, standardized assessment of student achievement become increasingly important. So comparative study is necessary, but most of researches on this field are based on experience, psychology-based researches are very rare. In addition, more and more county have started to pay attention of the role of examination. For these reasons, this article attempt to construct a tool which based on the theory of learning classification and the Bloom's Taxonomy of Education Objectives. And use this tool to assess the high school graduation test of China, America and Australia. The study mainly involves the following aspects:first of all, we compare the consistency of papers and curriculum standards; secondly, compare the respect of knowledge and the Cognitive respectively; finally, we will analysis some representative questions in the paper of the America and Australia.I hope my study can give some inspiration to the middle school teachers and Education researchers. The following are the main contents of this study:1. The purpose of study. This part discusses the terminology involved and implementation of the standardized assessment of student achievement at home and abroad.2. Background. There are two major aspects in this part, the first one is theoretical background and the second one is realistic background. Both of all are for the readers to understand this study.3. Research methods. This is the major part of this paper, it includes data sources, the way to collection and analysis these data.4. Results and discussion. This part discusses the result of the data analysis based on three aspects; include the consistency between the test and the curriculum standard for example.5. Distinctive question. Some new style questions were listed in this part such as questions in America and Australia Academic achievement tests.6. Appendix. Knowledge points and the corresponding coding.
