The risk management practice of Internet social media follows the linear thinking of management science to enterprise risk management.In the traditional Shannon communication model,the process of risk is assumed,and each party in the risk is subject to subject control.First,from the perspective of effectiveness,Failed to avoid the occurrence and spread of risks in all links;secondly,it neglected the characteristics of mediating risks including technical risks and modern risks.This article is based on the communication theory of German sociologist Luhmann,focusing on the characteristics of social media and the changes in the causes of risks brought by technology,and explores a new perspective on how to examine social media risks.To this end,this article first analyzes the theoretical assumptions and management assumptions on which mediated risk management is based in Chapters 1 and 2,and respectively points out the psychological assumptions based on the "consensus" and the "perpetrator principle".The management hypothesis has conflicting conflicts with the actual operation of social media risk events,so the linear risk positioning method and management model are worthy of our reflection.The next chapter focuses on introducing communication theory to reconstruct social media risk management assumptions,abandoning the human-centered analysis method,and turning to social communication as the smallest unit of theoretical analysis,and uncertainty as the social development and evolution The premise,combined with the liquidity,untraceability,and complexity of the current social media mediaization risks,points out that the media management of social media should first confirm: 1.The operation of the social media system has the characteristics of a self-created system.2.It is no longer feasible to pursue rationalism and unified values in a network environment where individual consciousness is fragmented.And re-established the risk management goal of social media: to maintain the continuity of communication.Therefore,communication theory can propose possible future solutions from the path of "second-order observation".First of all,the mediaization risk that needs to be recognized is inevitable.The characteristics of social media have created new risks such as native advertising and fragmentation of personal awareness.Therefore,seeking solutions in the original political,legal,and news professional systems actually ignores certain characteristics of social media.This article believes that first of all,it is necessary to clarify that politics and law cannot control all risk factors in the social media system;second,professional knowledge in a specific field can no longer stand in the social media environment;finally,the risk body should be restructured The rationality of responsibility and professionalism replaces first-order with second-order observation to avoid falling into the blind spot of risk observation of specialization and prejudice.
